1 Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

3 Registration & Account Management

Each member is only permitted to hold one (1) VAM88 account. Registration of more than one account by the same individual — whether using a different name, phone number, email address, identification number, IP address, or bank details — is strictly prohibited. Violation of this rule may result in the closure of all related accounts and freezing of funds.

• All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date.
• The VAM88 account name must match the name of the bank account holder used for transactions.
• The registered email address and phone number must be active and reachable.
• You are responsible for updating your account information whenever any changes occur.
• Vam88 reserves the right to conduct KYC (Know Your Customer) verification at any time.

4 Fund Deposits and Withdrawals

Vam88 supports a wide range of payment methods popular in Malaysia, including FPX, online banking, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, Visa, Mastercard, and cryptocurrency. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) and no hidden fees are charged by vam88.

• The minimum deposit is RM 20 for most payment methods.
• The minimum withdrawal is RM 50 and is processed within 15 to 60 minutes for major payment methods.
• Deposited funds may only be withdrawn via the same payment method used or a method approved by vam88.
• The bank account used for withdrawals must be registered under the same name as your vam88 account.
• Vam88 reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing for security review or compliance purposes.
• Any attempt at money laundering or illegal financial transactions will be reported to the relevant authorities.

Vam88 reserves the right to reject a withdrawal request if there is suspicion of fraud, bonus abuse, or any activity that violates the platform's terms and conditions. In such cases, vam88 will notify the member via email or live chat.

5 Bonuses, Promotions & Rewards

Vam88 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions for both new and existing members. Each bonus is subject to specific terms and conditions stated on the relevant promotions page. The general terms applicable to all bonuses are as follows:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering (rollover) requirements that must be met before withdrawals are permitted.
• Rollover requirements are typically between 20x and 35x the value of the bonus received, depending on the promotion type.

6 Rules & Fair Play

• The use of automated software (bots), scripts, or any tools that manipulate gameplay is strictly prohibited.
• Playing strategies that disrupt game fairness or disadvantage other players are prohibited.
• Collusion between players to cheat in table games or poker is strictly prohibited.
• Exploiting bugs or technical errors in the system to gain unfair wins is strictly prohibited.
• Vam88 reserves the right to void any winnings obtained through illegitimate means.

In the event of a technical issue that disrupts gameplay, vam88 will endeavour to resolve the affected round based on the last recorded state. If no record is available, vam88 reserves the right to void the round and refund the original bet to the player.

7 Member Conduct

All VAM88 members are expected to conduct themselves with courtesy and respect toward all parties on the platform, including customer support staff, other players, and game provider representatives. The following behaviour is strictly prohibited:

• Using offensive, threatening, or discriminatory language toward any party.
• Spreading false or misleading information about VAM88 on online platforms.
• Making false accusations about VAM88's operations or game fairness without reasonable grounds.
• Harassing or threatening VAM88 customer support staff through any communication channel.
• Sharing account information or using another person's account for any reason.

Violations of this code of conduct may result in a written warning, temporary suspension, or permanent account closure depending on the severity of the violation.

8 Account Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your vam88 account username and password confidential. vam88 will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or live chat. Any such request should be reported to our security team immediately.

• Use a strong, unique password that is not used on any other platform.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) for an additional layer of security.

9 Account Suspension & Closure

• Identity fraud or submission of false documents during KYC.

10 Limitation of Liability

Vam88's maximum total liability to any member under any circumstances shall not exceed the amount of the most recent deposit made by that member within the 30 days preceding the claim.

11 Responsible Gaming
